Return Policy

Our store accepts returns! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please begin a return with our customer service support team via e-mail at [email protected]. We will be more than happy to assist!


Return

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. 


All returns must be in a new and unused condition with no interruption to the outer packaging of the item. All original tags and packaging must be returned.


Returning Trade in items- These transactions are final and do not qualify for returns.


Return Process

To submit a return request please e-mail us with your order details. Our customer support team will respond to all requests within one business day.

The customer must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving a confirmation e-mail accepting the return. Any item shipped after 7 days will be void.

Return shipping labels will be paid or reimbursed by our store.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item the  return will be processed between 1-3 business days.

Refunds will include the cost of the return shipping label.

Our store will notify you via e-mail when your refund has be initiated/processed. 

Refunds may take 1-2 business days before appearing on PayPal.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product please email our customer support team to arrange a refund or exchange.
